Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all courses offered by Finance Innovation Now (FIN), including but not limited to "AI for Finance: The Essentials" and any future online or live courses delivered via the FIN platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and accessing any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not participate in the course.

2. Registration and Access

Participants must register via the FIN platform. Access to online self-guided courses is granted indefinitely unless otherwise stated. Live courses are scheduled and require attendance on specific dates.

3. Payments and Refunds

All courses are paid. No refunds are offered for any course. If you cancel a live course, you will be rescheduled to the next available date.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, and other content, are the intellectual property of FIN or licensed third parties. Redistribution, reproduction, or reuse of any materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Third-Party Content

Courses may include links to third-party content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of such content.

6. User Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully in all course-related spaces, including community forums and live group chats. Plagiarism, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the course without refund.

7. Certificates

Certificates of completion may be issued for online courses upon meeting the stated requirements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Courses are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors or omissions.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on course content. Participation is at your own risk.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
