Since 2009, she’s helped organisations streamline processes, improve accuracy, and implement meaningful, lasting change. And since 2020, she’s been at the forefront of AI and automation - working closely with technical experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions to some of the industry’s most persistent finance challenges.

Kirsty Mackenzie has spent over 15 years helping finance professionals thrive - by connecting them with the right opportunities, insights, and support to grow.
In 2012, she founded iMultiply to bring a more human, forward-thinking approach to finance recruitment. Along the way, she saw a growing gap: finance leaders were keen to embrace new technologies like AI but lacked the guidance to do so confidently.
That’s why she founded FIN - to give finance teams the knowledge, skills, and expert advice they need to unlock efficiency, reduce manual work, and focus on strategic, high-value tasks.
Kirsty has been on that same journey herself. Through working with an AI consultant and exploring automation within her own finance function at iMultiply, she’s experienced the challenges - and the breakthroughs - first-hand. She knows what it feels like to be curious, a little unsure, but ready to take action.
