Kirsty Mackenzie has spent over 15 years helping finance professionals thrive - by connecting them with the right opportunities, insights, and support to grow. 

In 2012, she founded iMultiply to bring a more human, forward-thinking approach to finance recruitment. Along the way, she saw a growing gap: finance leaders were keen to embrace new technologies like AI but lacked the guidance to do so confidently. 

That’s why she founded FIN - to give finance teams the knowledge, skills, and expert advice they need to unlock efficiency, reduce manual work, and focus on strategic, high-value tasks. 

Kirsty has been on that same journey herself. Through working with an AI consultant and exploring automation within her own finance function at iMultiply, she’s experienced the challenges - and the breakthroughs - first-hand. She knows what it feels like to be curious, a little unsure, but ready to take action. 

She’s also an experienced Non-Executive Director, keynote speaker, and BBC Radio Scotland contributor on business and employment. Her passion lies in helping others connect, learn, and future-proof their careers. 

Marie Speakman

Marie is a finance operations expert with over 30 years’ experience and a passion for practical innovation. Having built her own accountancy practice and worked across enterprise, mid-tier, and smaller businesses, Marie brings a rare blend of strategic insight and hands-on know-how.

Since 2009, she’s helped organisations streamline processes, improve accuracy, and implement meaningful lasting change. And since 2020, she’s been at the forefront of AI and automation - working closely with technical experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions to some of the industry’s most persistent finance challenges.

Marie doesn’t just understand AI in theory - she’s seen firsthand how the right tools, tailored to the right business, can unlock hours of time, reduce human error, and free finance professionals up to do more valuable, strategic work.

Gerlyn Tiigemäe 

Gerlyn is an AI Trainer & Advisor, Podcast Host, and Strategy Consultant, helping finance teams save time and use AI with confidence.

She has worked in one of Estonia’s largest companies, leading data-related roles, supporting top-level strategy, and helping define how AI would be introduced across the organisation. That experience shaped a clear belief: AI only delivers value when teams truly understand it and have a practical plan for using it.

Today, Gerlyn helps finance teams make sense of AI by identifying which tools are worth using, how to prepare their data, and what steps to take first.

She delivers focused, company-specific AI training programmes that are practical, tool-neutral, and grounded in real business use cases. She also provides 1:1 consultancy for managers seeking to maximise value from AI.

Her focus remains consistent: reducing manual work, saving time, and giving finance professionals more space to think, analyse, and support better business decisions.

Her vision is to make AI practical and usable for every finance team - not by selling tools, but by enabling people to use them effectively.

Kris Flanagan

With 25 years' experience exclusively in accountancy and finance recruitment, Kris has built deep expertise in Scotland's Central Belt market. Early career stints in Boston, MA and Sydney, NSW broadened his perspective, but it's the connections and knowledge built locally over two decades that underpin his leadership of iMultiply.

As Managing Director, Kris oversees the day-to-day running of the business while bringing together iMultiply's family of brands: iMultiply Resourcing, The Fractional Quarter, and FIN. His focus spans team development, client relationship management, and strategic business growth, all underpinned by a belief that people deserve to enjoy their work.

"We spend so much time at work—we owe it to ourselves to spend that time well," he says. That philosophy drives how he leads the team and partners with clients.
